Business College is a corporate training provider that works in partnership with companies providing top quality training to key staff and assists companies in managing the learning and development programs in line with business goals. All learning is flexible and Business College personnel work with the company to ensure that training programs are tailored to meet the company’s needs using blended approach of seminars, facilitators; self paced learning, one on one coaching, skill practice and reinforcement.

We ensure that all training outcomes are focused on action content that can be applied and add value in your company, teaching practical skills that the participants can take back to the work place.  We encourage management to reinforce the training providing them and the participant with pre and post course work. The learning outcomes are fully assessed with participants during training to ensure that the training objectives are measured and a high level of training is achieved.

We have available a large range of resources and programs that include, improved personal skills, business competencies and behavioural change all course material reflects global trends however is relevant and adapted to the New Zealand environment.

Business College is a new company set up to assist businesses meet their training needs in the most economical efficient way possible not to affect day to day productivity.  All the members of the Management Team have their owned successful businesses or worked in Corporate and have a full understanding of the continual demands place upon businesses. Our philosophy is to use only business proven trainers which ensures a high quality of training. 

There appears to be a gap in learning and development provided in our Private Training Establishments and the needs of the ever changing corporate environment.  We are currently in the process of registering as a Private Training Establishment and will then be able to offer programs available in the national frame work to accommodate all corporate training in a more dynamic, flexible cost effective way in line with individual business goals.
